The lease can be found in your portal under Shared Documents. Please ask our team any questions you have.

Tenant Portal
Hire a professional

Your lease requires that you hire a professional housekeeper and floor cleaner. Give them a copy of the page in your lease titled: MOVE-OUT CLEANING CHECKLIST. Please click the below button if you need contacts for vendors to hire. Be sure to get receipts to turn in at move-out.

Housekeepers & Floor Cleaners
Provide a forwarding address

This can be provided via email or in the portal under Contact Us > Request Notice To Vacate.


We also recommend you reach out to the post office and set up a forwarding order for your mail.

Tenant Portal
On the day of move-out

Bring your keys and remotes in a labeled envelope or bag to 1515 W Gurley St Suite 600. Keys can not be left in the property. With your keys drop off your receipts for housekeeping and floor cleaning.

When do I get my security deposit?

Via mail in 14 business days after the keys are returned and the lease ends whichever is later. If you have any questions after it arrives, feel free to reach out.
