Other Tenant Charges:
$70 Application Fee per adult (Non-refundable once application is processed).
ONE-TIME Admin Fee, $450. This is a one-time fee payable at move-in. If the tenant opts to pay online for the duration of the lease this will be DISCOUNTED down to 10% of the monthly rent rate or $175 (whichever is greater). This is NOT a discounted rent rate.
