Find a property that suits your needs
Use our For Rent page to go through available rentals. You can sort by bedrooms, price, pet permissions, etc.
Fill out an application
On the page of the property you are interested in is an 'Apply' button. Click that to start the application. Be sure to read the first page as it has important information on it.
Fill out a PetScreening profile
All applicants need to fill this out to answer if you have a pet, animal, or no pet.

Using the categories below, find your score. Call our office if you need help or have questions.
0-8 = Decline
9-11 = 1.5x rent security deposit
12-15 = 1x rent security deposit

We cannot accept Zell or cash payments as proof of income. There may be other types of income we cannot accept as well. If you have a question, please call our office.

If you scored lower than a 9 a cosigner may be an option. To be a cosigner all requirements must be met.
